About Uribe's successor

The situation in Colombia nowadays, for some of us, is pretty exciting. All this do to great expectations that all colombians has about who is going to be Uribe's successor. This topic really put us in an interesting position because we have to think who will be better for our country, and in this way we have to think in those topics that are the most important for the development of the country; the most important ones are:
  • Security (FARC)

  • Economics

  • Education

  • Corruption

About security, the most important topic for some of the candidates, an article of the economist says that the great work doned by uribe should not be forgotten in the past, that the next president of Colombia sholud be one that carries on the same labour i order to achive more and more results in the war against FARC.

Much has been done, but there's a lot more to be done.

Here I give you an image of the article a just told you.

  1. I think is a great topic to comment. This period is crucial for all Colombian citizens in order to elect the best president who continues with some of the previous policies but also that implement new and interesting projects, laws and investment sectors.
I think Colombian people specially the young ones, are not enough informed about each candidate´s campaign, so it is impossible to them to be of one side or of other. Sometimes we go to where everyone goes or following someone that neither we ourselves know who is he. So I recommend to all of us to read more about the political history of Colombia in order to have organized thoughts and convictions to choose the correct person. The least important think is to go to where everybody goes, the key is to create our own point of view and our own arguments to defend the candidate that each believes is the best.
Independent whoever is chosen, it is essential to emphasize that policies must be of state not of government. State policies means that while a different leader comes to power every four years, he continues with most of the positive policies held by its predecessor. Otherwise it is a start from scratch and the nation will never progress.

  2. Carlos I think this is a interting topic to have a big discution because we are almost to have a new presindent in colombia and with this lots of postives and negatives changes.

In my opinion the new presindent should be German Vargas Lleras beacuse a think that is the most qualify and has the best and specific proposals of all the candidates.
This elections are really interesting and are going to launche to all the colombians our new president and his new government.

    good luck to VARGAS LLERAS!!!

  3. I think that in a country like ours where we have weaknesses in some areas, it is important that we take seriously the elections to be close to done, because a good decision depends the future of Colombia and all its citizens.
It is important to continue promoting education, economic stability and security, in order to continue being an attractive country for the foreign investment.

  4. The Loan Fund worked extensively with me to help me anticipate some of the issues that my business may face. Not many lenders would go to that length. They’ve been extremely supportive and a great resource.
Working with Mr Pedro helped me develop my business plan, ideas and brand before getting started, so I was prepared to open a successful business when I received my loan from Mr Pedro, a loan officer with a huge heart of honesty.
